To achieve sustainable vocational integration, our services begin with a thorough rehabilitation assessment and are tailored to each individual’s specific situation and needs. We are currently seeking a new director for one of our core service areas, which encompasses integration planning, qualification, rehabilitation preparation, and skills training.

Your Responsibilities: Following an intensive onboarding period, we would like to entrust you with the leadership of our Integration and Qualification division. In this role, you will assume responsibility for a key segment of our value chain, manage and organize day-to-day operations, and also drive new ideas. You will work closely with management, tailoring new services to the needs of companies, as well as to the wishes of our clients and the skills of the people we help acquire new professional qualifications. You will lead your team with respect, empathy, and strong communication skills. You know how to guide your team in new directions and foster a strong team spirit. It is important to us that you build strong networks not only with colleagues within the company but also externally with businesses, Chambers of Commerce, clinics, and other rehabilitation providers.

Your Profile: After completing your degree (in engineering, social sciences, or business), you decided to pursue a career in vocational rehabilitation or adult education. You are now an experienced leader who treats your colleagues as equals, encourages ideas and initiatives, and fosters a sense of team spirit through your strong ability to bring people together. You bring a wealth of expertise to the table, possess strong conceptual skills, work in a structured manner, and think strategically. You solve problems pragmatically, act with credibility, find creative solutions, and know how to assert yourself clearly. Finally, it is particularly important to us that you have a genuine interest in and enjoy working with and for people with disabilities.

• Several years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or adult education
