Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, reporting, and operations for our Germany-based business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance (HGB/IFRS)
- Drive strategic decision-making and business performance
- Manage cash flow, risk, and internal controls
- Optimise and manage NetSuite ERP systems
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of German financial regulations (HGB) and IFRS
- Hands-on NetSuite experience (essential)
- Experience in scaling businesses or transformation projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
