You’ve mastered the art of outbound and built pipeline in complex B2B environments. Now you want to take the next step – targeting bigger logos, running smarter plays, and shaping deals that truly move the needle. Welcome to doinstruct.

We’re building a must-have solution for frontline teams, and our SDRs are the engine behind our growth. In this role, you’ll own strategic prospecting across large enterprise accounts – identifying opportunities, engaging multiple stakeholders, and partnering with AEs to drive the first stages of 6-figure deals.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Outbound Execution: Own multi-channel prospecting into Enterprise accounts (1k+ employees), using a mix of personalized email, phone, LinkedIn, and ABM-style campaigns.

  • Account Research & Mapping: Go deep into target organizations – identify key stakeholders, understand org structures, and uncover real business drivers.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships across multiple functions and seniority levels to create broad internal buy-in.

  • Collaboration with AEs: Work hand-in-hand with Enterprise AEs to design account strategies, coordinate outreach, and support deal orchestration.

  • Pipeline Contribution: Generate high-quality opportunities with meaningful deal potential (50k+ ACV), focusing on quality over volume.

  • Process & Playbook Optimization: Share insights, refine messaging, and help shape our Enterprise prospecting motion as we scale.

Who you are

  • Proven Enterprise Outbound Experience: 2–4 years in a high-performance outbound SDR or BDR role, ideally focused on Enterprise or complex sales cycles in B2B SaaS.

  • Strategic Mindset: You think in accounts, not leads. You’re able to connect business pain to value and tailor outreach to executive audiences.

  • Multi-threading Expert: Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across different departments and seniority levels.

  • High Drive & Ownership: Self-motivated, organized, and proactive. You take full ownership of your accounts and pipeline.

  • Excellent Communicator: Fluent in German and comfortable working in English. Strong written and verbal skills for executive-level communication.
