Your Responsibilities:

• Analysing business requirements and processes and designing tailored solutions based on Infor LN and additional standard or customised components

• Key user support (2nd and 3rd level), including troubleshooting, service desk activities, and proactive problem solving

• Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners for the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of logistics processes and system optimisation in regular operations, improvements, and rollouts

• Independent management of projects and tasks, participation in defining new business requirements, and coordination of relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation

• Conducting training sessions, active knowledge sharing within the team, continuous updating of know-how regarding software updates, and optimisation of support processes

• Taking on a central role in Infor LN rollouts as well as supporting migrations and system integrations

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience with Infor LN Logistics (LN CS), ideally as an LN logistics consultant with a solid understanding of logistics processes (OTC, PTP, PTI-D, LOG, QS)

• Completed vocational training with additional qualification (e.g. technician), university degree, Infor certifications, or equivalent professional experience

• Willingness to learn and grow within the Infor LN CS environment

• Ability to analyse complex issues with a structured and independent working style

• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability

• Willingness to travel occasionally on business

• Good English skills required due to international orientation
