Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers actively
• Independently manage customer orders
• Prepare quotes and cost calculations
• Coordinate packaging orders and schedule timelines
• Address service inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Collaborate closely with our external sales team and purchasing department
• Maintain and update master data
• Perform general office duties

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in internal sales support
• A proactive, independent worker with strong team spirit
• Quick learner with a structured, organised approach
• Friendly, outgoing, and communicative
• Proficient in MS Office
• English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus
