Your seat to fill:

• Partner with IT team to provide financial insight and support performance improvement initiatives
• Lead and coordinate the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for IT area
• Support the financial evaluation of IT- and Digital-Investment initiatives providing transparency on cost, benefits and KPI
• Develop, monitor and analyze KPIs and cost drivers, highlighting trends and risks
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and controlling processes
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, and business cases to support strategic decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT and Procurement

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Studies or dual degree focusing on IT/Controlling/Economics or relevant professional experience in Controlling /Finance, ideally with a focus on IT/Digital
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Good understanding of IT cost structures, digital investments, and business cases, including evaluation of costs, benefits, and KPIs
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making at different stakeholder levels
• Proactive and collaborative working style, with the ability to effectively partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders
• Strong affinity for process improvement and automation, ideally with experience in optimizing reporting and controlling processes
• Very good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
