Your seat to fill:

• Assess and implement customer product requirements in line with country-specific regulations
• Manage global Amazon compliance documentation across regions including the EU, US, Canada, and IMEA
• Collaborate with external accredited bodies and testing institutes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Support conformity assessments for new products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and applicable standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the comprehensive implementation of compliance measures
• Act as an internal contact person for compliance-related topics and provide support to other departments as needed
• Maintain and fulfill compliance reporting obligations, such as packaging waste documentation

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field; alternatively, completed commercial apprenticeship
• First professional experience in product, packaging, or material compliance, or in operations—ideally within consumer goods, fashion & luxury, toys, or other children’s products
• Knowledge of international compliance frameworks and marketplace requirements (e.g., EU product safety, packaging/EPR regulations, Amazon compliance programs) is a plus
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) essential for compliance reporting
• Structured and analytical way of working, paired with a hands-on and self-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
