Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You lead a team of approximately 4–5 planners and ensure the team’s development and performance through coaching, feedback, and goal setting.
• You manage production and material planning using MRP and capacity analyses, ensuring the on-time start and completion of manufacturing for finished goods and subassemblies.
• You analyze potential material shortages, assess their impact, and coordinate solutions with cross-functional interfaces to avoid disruptions in work centers and negative effects on customer delivery dates.
• You drive continuous improvements in production and material planning processes and lead or support projects that strengthen supply chain resilience, flexibility, and efficiency, incorporating end-to-end processes into decision-making.
• You flexibly take on additional tasks in adjacent supply chain areas as needed.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a completed bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a comparable qualification.
• You bring many years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management.
• You have leadership experience in supply chain functions and ideally have already worked successfully with international partners and teams.
• You have solid experience in analyzing production capacities and in production planning and detailed scheduling.
• You have strong data analysis skills and use KPIs and analytics to support decision-making.

Your attributes and skills:

• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English, including in negotiations.
• You have strong knowledge of Office 365 and solid hands-on experience with SAP, especially in production planning and materials management functions.
• You enjoy working as a team player in an international and interdisciplinary environment and actively contribute to strong collaboration.
• You take ownership, work independently, and proactively drive topics forward.
