Position description:
We are currently recruiting a licensed Physiotherapist (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Germany. This role is ideal for international physiotherapists who already have German professional recognition (Anerkennung) or are in the recognition process and are seeking long-term employment in the German healthcare system.
The position is based in Bavaria, Germany, near the Frankfurt am Main region, Other eastern regions of Germany and offers stable employment, modern working conditions, and excellent career prospects for physiotherapists relocating to Germany.
- Conducting a detailed analysis of the patients' physical condition and medical history.
- Creation and implementation of individual therapy plans, tailored to the respective complaints and needs of the patients.
- Application of various therapeutic exercises and manual treatment techniques to promote mobility, strength and general health.
- Guiding patients on correct exercises, ergonomic postures and sensible adjustments in everyday life to support rehabilitation.
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of the healing process with appropriate adjustment of the therapy if necessary.
- Close collaboration with other medical specialties such as doctors or occupational therapists to ensure holistic care.
- Meticulous maintenance of accurate patient documentation, including therapy plans, progress, and changes during treatment.
- Continuous training in new physiotherapy methods and technologies, as well as the integration of evidence-based approaches into treatment.
- Professional guidance and support for physiotherapy assistants or other support staff to ensure a structured and effective team process.
- Compliance with all professional ethical standards and legal requirements throughout the entire therapeutic work.
- You hold a state license as a therapist and have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- German language skills at least at B1 level are required for the application; a B2 language level is subsequently required for the work permit.
- The required application documents include your professional qualifications and a current CV. Please note that only complete applications with all necessary documents and accurate information will be considered.
- Applicants must be prepared to go through a visa process and commit to a long-term stay in Germany.
- Your qualification must either already be recognized in Germany or have a realistic chance of being recognized under the German recognition procedure.
- Starting salary of approximately 3,780 euros for recognized physiotherapists and around 2,750 euros for applicants without completed recognition.
- Free participation in additional qualifications such as manual therapy, Bobath and other training courses.
