Your Passion:
- From reservation receipt to "booking completed" - you support smooth processes and ensure that every guest gets the perfect room
- Under your charismatic supervision the guests are happy, the hotel occupancy booms and the upselling is going on
- You also actively support the handling of complaints
- You have your eyes and ears everywhere and are in constant contact with our important departments such as Front Office and F&B
- You will get to grips with our reservation and booking systems and ensure that the data is correct
Your Personality:
