About the Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic AI-driven financial technology company. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  
  
• Lead technical discussions and deliver customised demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI-powered financial tools.
  
  
• Develop and present technical proposals, including scopes of work and project plans, to align with client requirements.
  
  
• Act as the primary technical liaison during the pre-sales phase, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation team.
  
  
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within the FinTech or SaaS industry.
  
  
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI and software solutions.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that meet client needs.
  
  
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
