Your Conribution to CYBEX

• Create and develop engaging concepts, designs, production files, and specifications for a range of visual tools including product displays, window installations, banners, and branded display systems
• Design for diverse environments such as shop-in-shops, showrooms, event spaces, trade fairs, and multi-brand retail spaces
• Develop comprehensive design and implementation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all global retail touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, providing clear direction and quality oversight
• Support on-site implementations and ensure successful roll-outs of visual installations
• Act as an in-house Visual Merchandising Design expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and design standards

Your Profile

• Degree in Design or a related field, with min. 5 years of professional experience in retail, exhibition, signage or spatial design
• Strong creative and conceptual skills, with a solid eye for typography, graphic design, and layout
• Proficient knowledge of physical materials, production processes, and visual presentation techniques
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with 3D modeling software is a plus
• Confident in turning briefs into compelling designs while adding your own creative touch
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks from concept to completion
• A reliable team player who communicates clearly, supports others, and contributes to a positive and transparent working environment
• Passionate about trends in fashion, design, interior, and retail — yet critical enough to challenge them and adapt them to the CYBEX brand
• Excellent English skills
