The Role

We're looking for experienced planning and analytics professionals who can help our clients transform their FP&A cycle with Lucanet xP&A.

You bring deep knowledge of corporate planning, forecasting, and analytics: the kind that comes from actually doing the work. You understand what finance teams struggle with, what makes a planning model practical versus theoretical, and how to build solutions that people will actually use.

You're ready to apply that expertise across multiple clients and industries while continuously expanding your skillset with each project. Clients will look to you as the planning expert, not just the tool expert. You'll help them think through organizing their data model, business modeling decisions, reasonable assumptions, and how other companies handle similar challenges; bringing general FP&A expertise alongside technical competence.

What you'll do

• As an expert in xP&A, you will work with our clients on all topics covering operational and financial planning and analytics with different software products on our platform.
• Carry out different customer projects and support our existing customers.  
• Drive and co-create the development of our specialist topics. 
• Will regularly communicate with customers and stakeholders
• Expect a team that works passionately together on eye-level as well as a promising, international working environment. 

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics / econometrics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate planning, advisory, controlling, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of financial modelling: building and maintaining sophisticated 3-statement planning models to simulate scenarios is no problem for you and, foremost, excites you.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Visio, Tableau, or comparable solutions. Experience with SQL is a big plus.
• Comfortable working in a project-oriented environment and interacting with senior level executives including CFOs, vice presidents and other senior financial staff. 
• You naturally reach AI tools to work smarter, and you're constantly hunting for ways to automate the boring stuff and eliminate errors.
• Full professional working proficiency in German and English. 
• Experience working with Lucanet is a strong advantage. Experience with other EPM / CPM or planning tools is valuable.
