As a Senior UX designer (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in shaping our product through active collaboration with Product management, Design, and Development teams.
You can expect to be embedded in one of our product areas, own part of the product, collaborate on our Design system, and consult stakeholders and teams to ensure consistent experience across all user touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Support the discovery and definition of problems. 
• Drive conceptualization and evaluation of ideas.  
• Work closely with Product managers and Product Ops to make data-driven decisions, solve problems analytically and creatively. 
• Empathically translate ideas into fully functional, lovable designs that bring value with high confidence. 
• Ensure that your ideas are implemented as designed through close collaboration with product managers and developers. 
• Collaborate with various stakeholders during all stages of the product delivery process. 
• Contribute to our developing Design system.  
• Help level up other designers through teaching and mentoring.
