Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will be partially responsible for developing and optimizing solutions for our cloud infrastructure. You'll tackle a wide range of challenges that will test you in various ways. This includes developing solutions for our cloud proxy, where every millisecond counts, as well as developing new solutions for old challenges.
You will be part of an international, diverse team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about the cloud and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new solutions to modernize and improve our core product – DocuWare.
- You will manage our reverse proxy application and assist in further development, maintenance and performance optimization.
- Additionally, you will be developing additional cloud-based solutions that our DocuWare components depend on, alongside maintaining our auditing solution.
- Analyzing source-code, logs, and metrics to identify errors and potential improvements.
- You will be supporting other teams in error analysis and resolution.
- In line with the DevOps mentality, we develop, release, and manage our services around the clock.
What you need to succeed
- You have a degree in Computer Science (from a university or technical college) or a comparable field, along with several years of professional experience.
- You already have experience in in C#, and/or C, C++, Rust.
- Infrastructure as Code, Bicep/Terraform or similar technologies are familiar to you.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a bonus.
- You possess knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- In addition to experience with cloud service providers like Azure and high-throughput applications, you bring curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- You have experience with Agile Frameworks such as SCRUM.
- You are characterized by an open and friendly demeanor, flexible thinking, and adaptability.
