YOUR TASKS
Vehicle dispatching:
- Assigning routes to drivers
- Monitoring/accompanying routes
- Reporting irregularities to clients (missing parts, route disruptions)
- Damage reports
- Problem solving
Administrative tasks:
- Fuel card management
- Incoming invoice control (fuel invoices, invoices from third-party carriers, etc.)
- Toll calculation for international transport (UK, Belgium, Benelux)
- Ferry bookings (UK)
- Vehicle registrations for international transport
- Ordering toll devices (OBU)
- Vehicle registrations
- Expense calculations + bonuses for driving personnel
- Vehicle cost calculations for projects
- Quality evaluations
- Calculation of freight prices
- Preparation of freight quotes for customers
- Preparation of price lists for customers
- Preparation of transport orders
- Accounting for external personnel/temporary workers
- Evaluation of driving personnel for accounting purposes - Violation evaluations / instruction of driving personnel
- Fine processing
- Evaluations for the Federal Motor Transport Authority
- New customer acquisition
- Price negotiations
Dispatching:
- Transport planning
- Preliminary planning based on loading lists
- Selection of suitable carriers
- Route allocation/load sales
- Maintaining quality statistics
- Freight price calculations
- Preliminary planning/customer service
YOUR COMPETENCES
- Logistics knowledge
- Training as a commercial clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services
- In-depth logistics training (desirable)
