We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) – Nordics to lead and grow business initiatives across the Scandinavian food manufacturing sector. This role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business within the food manufacturing industry — spanning wholesale, retail, foodservice, and B2B — while also developing existing customer accounts and exploring new categories and territories.

What your job includes

• Develop and execute a growth-focused business development strategy for the Nordics food manufacturing market
• Identify, approach, and engage with potential clients as well as contract manufacturers and supply chain partners
• Promote OSI’s technical food solutions including custom manufacturing solutions and value-added services tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline across relevant sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities and optimize existing account potential as required
• Lead bid proposal, tenders and contract negotiations with support from Technical and Commercial teams
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback and category performance to identify new areas for development
• Represent OSI at trade fairs and industry events across France

What we expect from you

• Several years of experience in business development, sales or key account management within the food manufacturing or related sectors
• A strong professional network within the Nordics food manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or B2B industries
• A proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and act on self-generated leads
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders in Scandinavian laguage and English
• Commercial and analytical acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Willingness to travel across Nordics region for client meetings and industry events
