What you'll expect
- Independent management and coordination of projects
- Conducting tenders and concluding framework agreements
- Suppliers‘ base development through benchmarking and cost optimization
- Preparing market analyses and strategic improvement concepts
- Collaboration with supply chain management in achieving targets
- Planning raw material deliveries across Europe
- Providing purchasing statistics and market observations
- Close cooperation with teammates and other departments
What we expect from you
- University degree, preferably in agriculture, food technology or similar
- Professional experience in purchasing of agri-products or related (FMCG) is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and structured approach to work
- Strong negotiation, communication, project and process management skills
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional in German is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel), presentation techniques and ERPs
- Ability to work in a team, resolve conflicts and finding innovative solutions
