Industrial Engineer or Business Lawyer as Manager Contract Review (m/f/d)

• Cross-company technical and organisational management of the technical, commercial and legal preparation of contracts with customers for high-tech projects
• Coordinating the technical scope of services with customers and the sales, application technology and various development departments specialising in sensors, electronics, mechanics and software
• Clarifying the commercial and legal content of contracts with customers in collaboration with commercial management and sales

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or a similar specialisation
• Interest in commercial and contract law in connection with challenging technical projects
• Enjoy coordinating tasks in an interdisciplinary team
• Quick comprehension, organisational talent and assertiveness
• Structured, goal-orientated and success-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills, ability to deal with customers and employees
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Initial experience with the combination of technology and business law is a benefit but not a requirement
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
