Job description
You will be responsible for independent export processing worldwide - from order receipt to dispatch, including all customs-related topics
You are responsible for international market research and analysing retailer structures
You are responsible for working with international online shops with regard to product availability and presentation as well as supporting the online marketing activities of our international customers
You are also responsible for selecting and supporting brand ambassadors abroad in coordination with our customers:
You will be responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships as the first point of contact and looking after individual customer segments
You will be responsible for organising and following up on trade fairs, customer appointments and events as well as participating in sales and marketing campaigns
Requirements
You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
You have professional experience in sales, ideally with international retailers:Inside and online shops
You are fluent in written and spoken English
You have strong communication skills, organisational talent and the ability to work in a team as well as a determined, structured and customer-oriented way of working
Your profile is rounded off by your enjoyment of international exchange and diverse projects
