With us in the B2B Customer Portals Team, you have the unique opportunity to shape the digital experience for our business customers. You will work with us to define and build intuitive, high-impact online platforms that streamline processes, enhance engagement, and drive long-term value and satisfaction for our customers.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Gather and align business and technical requirements from key stakeholders and end-users.
• Conduct a thorough comparative analysis of current features, architecture, and user experience across different B2B platforms.
• Design and develop a unified, future-ready platform that incorporates the most valuable functionalities from different systems, streamlining and harmonizing the user journey to deliver consistent, intuitive digital experience for all B2B customers

YOUR SKILLS:

Must-Have

• Passion for digital, for business and for people.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and bring in new concepts and ideas
• Attention to detail, especially in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information
• Fluency in English

Desired

• Experience in gathering and prioritizing requirements using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with online portals, web architectures, and APIs
• Skilled in leading agile teams and managing backlogs in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Familiarity with UX best practices and ability to collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user-centric experiences
