Requirements for full-time lecturers:

• university degree in the respective scientific field
• pedagogical aptitude, to be proven by teaching experience and a test lecture
• particular aptitude for academic work, to proven by the quality of the doctorate
• particular achievements with regard to the application or development of scientific findings and methods with at least five years of professional practice, including at least three years outside the academic sector
