What awaits you

The Retail division encompasses the traditional gas station business as well as e-mobility and category management. We are seeking a communicative individual who will act as an interface within the department and with the specialist departments, managing the exchange of information and possessing strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Ensuring daily administrative processes as an interface between headquarters and the gas stations
• Organizing and structuring meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Creating, managing, and updating relevant reports and reports, deriving actions in the event of deviations
• Researching various information and preparing it for decision-makers
• Supporting budgeting and the creation of business plans
• Responsible management of projects and process optimization

What inspires you

• Completed commercial training and professional experience in a similar sales-related position or in an assistant role
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Professional use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
