Responsibilities

• Update and maintain employee records in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the HRM system data to maintain the employee information

• Add new employee records, ensuring all required fields are completed

• Assist with the preparation of HR-IT related communications and documentation

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support in data-related tasks and activities.

• Understand the entire HR Operational ecosystem and each stage of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with HRM systems.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Experience with database management is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required, and knowledge in German is a plus.

• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities is required.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.

What we offer

• Contract location would be Goeppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
