What we offer:

• Planning, managing and evaluating virtual, blended and face-to-face events for employees and managers (e.g. workshops, training courses, personnel development programs, e-learning platforms)
• Contact person for trainers, training institutes, participants and managers for personnel and management development offerings

What we are looking for:

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, psychology, education, social sciences or similar
• High customer and solution orientation as well as an independent, structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility (organizational talent)
• Strong communication skills (in German and English), confident manner and enjoy dealing with different contacts
• Experience in areas such as training management, further education or in commercial departments desirable
