Job description
- You will check, assign and post incoming invoices (accounts payable), maintain open items and process clarification cases
- In the accounts receivable area, you will take care of OP management and account reconciliations and support the dunning process
- You will post bank statements, coordinate payment transactions and reconcile bank accounts (bank accounting)
- You will also provide support with monthly and year-end closing work, carry out account clarifications, accruals and reconciliations
- you are responsible for asset accounting
- you process additions, disposals, depreciation and reconciliations
- you prepare and support statistics and internal analyses
- you prepare the advance VAT return (VAT return) and assist in its preparation
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained initial professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank accounting
- The confident use of ERP systems is a matter of course for you
- You have a structured, reliable and team-oriented way of working
