Responsibilities
You will be responsible for proposing , executing and driving forward technical work packages within defined global projects in the relevant technology area in accordance with the company strategy and guidelines
You will actively participate in external expert groups and/ or internal global expert groups or other academic networks in your own technology area
You will contribute to research in your field in order to generate new , state - of - the -art knowledge
Training scientific staff and technicians in accordance with requirements rounds off your area of responsibility
You have a PhD in cell culture/biotechnology, particularly in the field of intensified upstream processes (perfusion), or a master's degree in cell culture/biotechnology, particularly in the field of intensified upstream processes (perfusion), with at least four years of professional experience in this field
You describe yourself as an analytical and conceptual thinker who is capable of solving complex problems
