Responsibilities

• You support the delivery reliability of customer orders and eliminate disruptive factors in the global network

• Furthermore, you manage the global order processing and planned revenue realization process

• You prepare data for our sales organization locations and track the results in collaboration with internal interface

• You independently organize 'work sessions' with various locations and stakeholders to jointly develop and present solutions

• You resolve escalations, assist in meeting deadlines, and define possible measures in case of disruptions in production within the order processing process

• Additionally, you create reports on order stocks, delivery reliability, backlog, and other key figures

• You monitor the performance of individual sales organizations and locations, provide proactive support in case of deviations, and collect recurring weaknesses to sustainably eliminate them through process improvements and harmonization

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field. Alternatively, a completed 3-year vocational training and several years of experience in the relevant field

• You have several years of professional experience in order processing, SCM, or in the KPI environment

• Experience in project management is expected; your experience in leading projects is an advantage

• You are proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint

• Your confident handling of SAP | ERP | MRP is required; your knowledge of analysis programs like Tableau or Celonis and BW is a plus

• Independent work, proactive communication, and strong assertiveness make you successful
