Job description
- You will precisely process optical fibres as well as mechanical and optical components into complex assemblies, You work under cleanroom conditions
- You carefully adjust optomechatronic systems in the cleanroom and ensure maximum precision
- You test the quality of the manufactured systems independently and reliably
- You operate testing and measuring equipment with software support and use it to check the specifications
- You evaluate the test results and document them in accordance with customer specifications
Requirements
- You have a completed vocational training or qualification as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), precision optician (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), optician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical field
- Alternatively, you have practical experience in activities with a high degree of fine motor skills, preferably also from non-technical professions
- you handle sensitive materials confidently and carefully and are enthusiastic about demanding, detail-oriented assembly work
- first experience in a cleanroom is an advantage
- basic PC skills as well as communication and teamwork skills characterise you
- your communication skills in German are good; ideally you also communicate in English
- strong quality awareness and enjoy working in a manual manufacturing environment are among your strengths
- you are resilient, learn quickly and work with concentration and precision
