Responsibilities

• Managing projects with a QM focus : End- to -end responsibility for projects aimed at optimizing quality processes – from planning to successful implementation

• Analyzing & improving QM processes : Identifying weaknesses , developing efficient workflows , and implementing sustainable standards

• Stakeholder management & change enablement : Close collaboration with business units , moderating workshops , and coaching to establish new processes and methods

• Quality assurance & reporting : Preparing decision and project documentation , monitoring progress , and initiating effective corrective actions in case of deviations

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study

• Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and process optimization

• QM expertise & methods: In-depth understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and experience in analyzing and optimizing QM processes

• Proficient in SAP QM, eQMS , and related systems (MES, LIMS, PLM), with the ability to model processes systematically and implement digital solutions for quality processes

• Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and/or Lean Management

• Project management & consulting mindset: Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable, along with experience in managing projects focused on quality and process optimization, including stakeholder management and change enablement

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, high problem-solving competence, and assertiveness

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
