Responsibilities
Lead a team of skilled professionals focused on building AI and automation solutions
Drive the evolution of our low -code platform powered by UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio
Manage multiple projects , ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a mentor to your team members
Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative solutions
Contribute significantly to enhancing our AI and automation capabilities
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience managing AI and automation teams, ideally with expertise in low-code platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong knowledge of generative AI and Azure-based services
Proven ability to lead diverse AI projects
Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA), preferably using UiPath
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
Analytical thinking and strong team leadership skills
Fluency in English and German is required
