We are looking for you as a ward manager (m/f/d) for our emergency department team.

• Management and organization of the interdisciplinary emergency department with nursing responsibility
• Managing and ensuring the smooth running of patient care - even in stressful situations
• Personnel management, development and deployment planning of an interprofessional team
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality standards
• Constructive cooperation with the medical service, functional areas and external partners
• Participation in conceptual developments and projects within the emergency department

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or healthcare and nursing professional
• Completed specialist training in emergency care (DKG recognized)
• Ideally management experience or completed management training or willingness to complete it
• Sound knowledge of the Manchester Triage System (MTS)
• High level of professional and social competence as well as the ability to lead employees in an appreciative manner
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and resilience
• Necessary proof of immunization against measles
