• Financial Closure
  Support the monthly financial closing process (P&L and CAPEX) and gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a global market leader.
• Budgeting
  Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and financial forecasts, learning how an international organization plans and steers its resources.
• Cost Control
  Help monitor and analyze costs, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to ensuring cost efficiency across our departments.
• Reporting
  Support reporting and analysis activities for our Field, Office, and Corporate functions – translating data into valuable business insights.
• Process Optimization
  Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of our financial processes and procedures while gaining valuable practical experience in a dynamic, international environment.

• Education
  You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Residence
  You are based in Germany and able to work from our office in Grasbrunn, near Munich regularly – we value in-person collaboration, idea exchange, and teamwork on joint projects.
• Language Skills
  You have a strong command of English; German skills are a plus but not required.
• Analytical Mindset
  You enjoy working with numbers and bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Skills
  You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Team Spirit
  You enjoy working collaboratively, are reliable, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Organizational Skills
  You manage your time effectively, stay organized, and can handle multiple priorities in parallel.
