Responsibilities
- Administration of Windows, Linux, and macOS clients
- Maintenance of Windows servers including Active Directory
- Basic Linux administration (preferably Debian/Ubuntu)
- Management of network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS)
- Operation and maintenance of virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Configuration and monitoring of stateful firewalls
- Creation of automation scripts (Bash, PowerShell)
- Execution of backup and restore processes
- Basic administration of Microsoft 365
- Independent documentation of system architecture, issues, and solutions
- Organization and administration: telephone system, inventory, etc.
- Handling projects autonomously
Admission Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship or advanced technical education (HTL, technical high school diploma, technical bachelor’s/master’s degree), a comparable relevant qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in German and English
Desired Qualification
- Experience with IT systems (server and client management, identity and access management, applications, databases, networks, etc.) and related concepts
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of virtualization fundamentals
- Experience in scripting (Bash and PowerShell), programming skills (Python), experience with version control systems (GIT, GitLab), as well as compiling and installing software from source code (C, Go, Rust)
- Understanding of backup concepts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Infrastructure automation (Puppet, Ansible)
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls
- Monitoring with CheckMK
- Backup experience with Veeam
- Quick comprehension skills and the ability to rapidly understand and analyze complex relationships

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
