Responsibilities
Operate and Support Identity Management
You operate our core Linux‑based IDM services (LDAP, SSO, MFA) and support the team in expanding more complex components. You ensure high availability, security and seamless integration into the existing infrastructure.
Analyse Issues, Improve Performance
You handle the analysis of demanding incidents and resolve root causes sustainably.
Design and Integrate IDM Solutions
You independently design straightforward IDM workflows and systems, integrate them smoothly into our environment—and support colleagues in evolving more complex architectures with a focus on security, scalability and compliance.
Automate with Scripts and Pipelines
You automate recurring tasks via scripting (Bash, Python, …) or CI/CD pipelines, increasing operational efficiency and quality.
Operating Linux servers
You operate our core Linux‑based server and support the team to operate our infrastructure. You ensure high availability, security and seamless integration into the existing infrastructure.
Documentation and Knowledge Management
You document the setup, changes and troubleshooting processes of servers and IDM systems, share your know‑how within the team and thus facilitate knowledge transfer.
Learn New Things, Drive Technology Forward
With the team’s support, you acquire new technologies, proactively explore current trends in Identity & Access Management and contribute fresh ideas to continuously improve our platform.
Admission Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship or advanced technical education (HTL, technical Matura, technical Bachelor's/Master's degree), a comparable relevant qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- Language skills: Good knowledge of German and English
- Min. 2 years experience as (Junior) System Engineer
Desired Qualification
Professional Qualifications
- In‑depth knowledge of operating Linux‑based systems (e.g. Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu)
- Familiarity with IDM concepts (identities, accounts, sync, groups, …), related technologies and systems (e.g. directories such as AD, LDAP)
- Experience operating Linux‑based (web) applications
- Proficiency in working with databases (MariaDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL …)
- Ideally, hands‑on experience running IDM platforms
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python or Perl to automate processes
- Experience with source‑code management tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Desirable: experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g. Proxmox) and containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience using monitoring and logging solutions
- Solid understanding of networking and firewalls
- Proven ability to analyse and resolve complex IT issues

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,007.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
