In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours is based on the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). The actual salary will then be determined depending on your education, qualifications, experience and your future job with us.
