Responsibilities
As Erasmus+ Coordinator, you are an expert for the Erasmus+ higher education programme. You are not only responsible for implementing the programme at Graz University of Technology, but you will also actively contribute to shaping the programme with its diverse opportunities for students and staff. Together with colleagues, national and EU as well as international partners, you will make a significant contribution to a global knowledge society.
- Overall responsibility for Erasmus+ (applications, processing, reports and budget, cooperation with partners, etc.)
- Strategic development of Erasmus+ (priorities, projects, Student Card Initiative, etc.)
- Project development and implementation, project management for Erasmus+ projects
- Collaboration in Unite! working groups on collaborative and virtual course formats (design and implementation of support services, support for teaching staff, Unite! internships)
- Communication and cooperation with internal and external partners
- Collaboration with various committees
- Participation in national and international meetings and conferences
Admission Requirements
- Completed master's or diploma degree (e.g. international relations, global studies, European studies, international management, international development, sociology, communication sciences, languages or comparable)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Comprehensive MS Office skills

- Experience in higher education or with internationalisation at universities
- Experience with Erasmus+ programme and Mobility-Online
- Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
- Experience abroad or extended stays abroad

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 48,304.20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.

The International Office - Welcome Center is the information platform for questions and concerns regarding internationalisation for all members and committees of Graz University of Technology.
