Job Responsibilities:
In this key position, you will assume global responsibility for the IT Solutions area at MAGNA STEYR. You will actively shape the strategic development of the IT landscape and IT solutions for Complete Vehicle Manufacturing and Shared Services, ensure successful process and IT system integration for our customers, and guarantee stable, future-oriented IT operations at all international sites.
Your Tasks
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the IT Solutions department, including the building, development, and targeted deployment of high-performing international IT teams
- Contributing to the overarching IT strategy and IT transformation of MAGNA STEYR
- Strategic and operational alignment of the department, positioning it as a value-adding business partner with modern, innovative IT architectures and solutions
- Ensuring efficient global IT processes with responsibility for IT business analysis, requirements engineering and software development
- Budget planning and budget ownership for the IT Solutions department, including cost controlling and the economic steering of core service offerings
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience (ideally >10 years) in IT management or comparable areas of responsibility
- Comprehensive understanding of IT processes, software development processes and ideally business processes in the automotive industry
- Solid expertise in project and process management
- Confident handling of complex IT landscapes and modern technologies
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken

Your profile matters!
For this position, an all-in annual salary of at least €115,000 gross p.a., including variable components, is offered, with the possibility of significant overpayment.
