Responsibilities
We are looking for committed individuals to strengthen our team in the area of administration and student services. This position is advertised as part of our inclusion initiative. Your main responsibilities in the area of curriculum development and administration will include:
- Curriculum Management & Academic Development: Administrative support for the creation, revision, and implementation of curricula in cooperation with study committees
- Study structure and examination management: maintenance and updating of study plans, timetables, and examination regulations
- Process coordination: Coordination of review and approval processes
- Documentation & knowledge management: Documentation and archiving of curriculum-related decisions
Your tasks in the area of administration & student support:
- Student counseling: Conducting one-on-one meetings with students to discuss and resolve individual administrative issues
- Communication with students for faculty presentations at trade fairs and events
- Administrative support: Performing administrative tasks in the dean's office to ensure smooth operations
- Coordination and documentation: Scheduling, data maintenance, and processing study-related procedures

Admission Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Very good German and English skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 36,681.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
