Temprastones is looking for marketing experts in the field of high-tech skin care, in Austria and internationally. Currently, the company is seeking a Marketing Lead (f/m/x) .

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for premium high-tech skincare products
• Creation and management of high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Coordination of point-of-sale (POS) activities, product presentations and promotional campaigns
• Planning and execution of B2B activities
• Building and maintaining networks
• Active communication with and advisory support for clients and business partners via phone and email
• Analysis, evaluation and reporting of marketing activities for ongoing performance optimisation

Your Profile

• A passion for skincare products with innovative technologies
• Experience in social media marketing, preferably with high-tech products or beauty brands
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact (by phone, in writing and in person)
• A self-reliant, creative and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in German and good command of English (minimum level B2)
• Experience in executing POS activities and promotions
• Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
• Category B driving licence
