Job Responsibilities:
In dieser Rolle treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionssysteme voran, optimierst Prozesse, sicherst die Datenqualität und arbeitest bereichsübergreifend an neuen Technologien und Automatisierungslösungen.
Aufgaben
- Planung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Manufacturing Execution Systemen (MES)
- Analyse bestehender Produktionsabläufe, Abbildung dieser in MES-Produktionssystemen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionssysteme im laufenden Betrieb
- Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -qualität in den Produktionssystemen
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z.B. IT, Produktion, Logistik) zur Abstimmung und Integration von Systemen
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Problemen in den Produktionssystemen
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Einführung neuer Technologien und Automatisierungslösungen
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung hinsichtlich neuer Trends und Technologien im Bereich Produktionssysteme
Wonach wir suchen
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung (Werkmeister / HTL / FH / TU) mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
- Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Dienstreisebereitschaft
- Bereitschaftsdienst

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228,-- und € 4.355,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
