Responsibilities
- Curriculum Modeling in TUGRAZonline (Translation of curricula into logical models, use of the SPO Management and Curriculum Support applications)
- Implementation of AHESN Projects(Supporting the department in implementing projects and updates of the AHESN network, monitoring data exchange between universities)
- Student Services (Independent handling of student inquiries at the front desk and via email, admission of applicants with Austrian educational qualifications to bachelor's and master's programs)
Admission Requirements
Completed technical education with secondary school leaving certificate (Matura)
Desired Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Experience in the university sector, particularly in teaching and curriculum development
- Experience with SPO Management in CampusOnline
- Knowledge of curriculum development or academic regulations is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Austrian higher education landscape
- Experience in office organization
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding German and English language skills
- Accuracy and logical-analytical thinking in modeling
- Service-oriented demeanor as well as an independent, precise, and committed personality with organizational talent and willingness to perform
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 38,628.80 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
