About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student or temporary contractor to support our Content Management Team. This position plays a key role in reviewing, updating, and ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across various pieces of content. You will assist in content migration and support documentation update and maintenance efforts. We plan to have someone with us for 3-6 months. Ideally fulltime, but we are open to parttime solutions. Your location could be onsite at our Greifenberg plant (west of Munich) or somewhere in Germany since remote work is an option. Other countries within the CET time zone would suit too.
Key Responsibilities
- Update selected content to reflect our brand identity (logos, fonts, messaging, wording, etc.)
- Assist with content migration across SharePoint, intranet and document repositories
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure brand compliance and content accuracy
- Maintain structured documentation of progress and file updates
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to edit, manage, and track content
- Support creation and refinement of PowerPoint presentations under our branding guidelines
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to verify visuals and tone
- Use Adobe Document Cloud (Adobe DOM) to manage and update PDF-based content
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT – SmartChat) for productivity and content suggestions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and German (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ideally located in Germany or within a European time zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in content management, digital asset management, or branding projects is not a must but appreciated
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe Document Cloud (Adobe DOM) is not mandatory, but will add value
