Your tasks
- Cleaning, sanding and masking surfaces in preparation for gelcoat application
- Mixing and applying gelcoats using spray equipment or other tools
- Operating and maintaining spray guns, compressors and other tools
- Inspecting the applied gelcoats for defects or irregularities
- Measuring, mixing and tinting gelcoat materials according to production specifications
- Complying with all safety and environmental regulations
- Accurate documentation of materials used, production results and quality controls
Your profile
- Prior experience in the application of gelcoats or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of gelcoat materials, spray equipment and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights as required by the job.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for handling chemicals.
