Role Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Supplier Engineer to lead strategic initiatives within their raw material supply chain. The role combines technical engineering, supplier management, and cross-functional project leadership to support critical surgical products.

 Responsibilities

• Drive raw material supply chain projects from concept to execution across global sites.

• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions with suppliers.

• Manage supplier capacity planning and forecast alignment.

• Apply expertise in injection molding, tool design, and assembly methods.

• Collaborate with R&D for new product introductions and lifecycle support.

• Own project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.

• Oversee project budgets, CAPEX, and documentation closure.

• Partner with quality, procurement, and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.

• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or supply chain.

• Proficient in injection molding, GD&T, and metrology systems.

• Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills preferred.

• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
