Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and improve the quality management systems, support engineering and R&D projects, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage change control, update procedures, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Review and approve process and product changes; support continuous improvement.
- Assist in validation, risk assessments, and audits for engineering and R&D projects.
- Address non-conformities, manage deviations, and analyze reject data for quality improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years' QA experience, ideally in pharma or medical devices.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and validation processes.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; strong communication skills.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and validation processes.
