Role Description:
As a Supplier Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the raw material supply chain to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. You will lead technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive supplier performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier-related projects to enhance quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct technical investigations and implement corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, R&D, and Operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and process excellence tools for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee supplier relationships.
• Manage project budgets and timelines while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier engineering, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, GD&T, and metrology systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
