Description
Revv Aviation is a rapidly growing aviation company with locations across the Midwest. As a fixed base operator, Revv provides a full suite of services for aircraft, passengers, and crew. Services include fueling, hangaring, flight instruction, charter, aircraft rental, and aircraft maintenance.
Position Overview
The Flight Planner manages all aspects of a charter flight from initial requests, compiling offers, following up with clients, carrying through to booking and handling of flight operation to its completion, and invoicing. 24-hour coverage is required in this department; therefore, this position will work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. The shifts are 6a 2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with detailed and accurate flight information to assist in decision-making regarding hotel bookings, catering and transportation for crew and clients.
- Work diligently to secure flight confirmations and maintain regular follow-up with clients and providers.
- Ensure contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurately handled, meeting legal requirements and company standards.
- Review supplier contracts to align with company charter agreements and terms.
- Compile and provide flight briefs containing all relevant flight-related details.
- Record all relevant prospective customer information in the CRM system.
- Invoice all trips once completed.
- Stay informed about the latest operational capabilities of aircraft, airports, operators, and handlers.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients, new business leads, and industry partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients.
- Coordinate the emergency response plan (ERP) as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Team player working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create detailed plans and pass to team members to implement

Qualifications
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with federal regulations relating to the flow of aircraft and flight crews
- Familiar with Systems Operations Control (SOC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays
- At least 18 years of age
Physical requirements:
- Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Repetitive motion such as typing and phone work
Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience. Those who meet all requirements can expect to be offered in the middle of the range.
