Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and performance of warehouse floor operations, quality and security. Accountable for achieving company objectives, productivity standards and cost control goals daily. Directly accountable for the successful implementation, assessment, and transition of all new operational initiatives. Direct responsibility of warehouse associate's productivity and performance. Works closely with the Director of Warehouse Operations and inventory Operations Manager with regards to facility management and operations and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on continuous improvements and initiatives, developing programs and policies to improve operations.
- Ensure merit increases are administered accurately and on schedule.
- Attendance and timecard tracking and approvals
- Execute daily labor plans to meet volume and service-level requirements.
- Monitor workflow and reassign labor in real time to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Escalate operational issues (shortages, capacity constraints, system issues) to management.
- Conduct daily shift huddles and communicate priorities, safety topics, and performance expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop associates on job functions, safety, and productivity standards.
- Participate in performance feedback, corrective actions, and evaluations as required.
- Enforce all warehouse safety rules, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Ensure proper use of material handling equipment and PPE.
- Maintain compliance with Food Grade, DEA, QMS, or client-specific requirements where applicable.
- Investigate and document errors, damages, and near misses; drive corrective actions.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and production reports to track performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, order accuracy, and on-time shipment.
- Complete required shift reports, labor tracking, and exception documentation.
- Communicate status updates and end-of-shift handoffs.
- Compute and analyze daily and weekly production metrics.
- Work closely with all Account Managers on any issues or preventive actions.
- Monitor daily productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor closely new production standards.
- Other duties as assigned or need.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience/knowledge of Omnichannel and e-Commerce Supply Chains.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- 2-5 years warehouse or distribution experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Language preference – English ( Spanish - Preferred )

(1 opening) - 1st Shift - 7:00AM to 3:30PM
(1 opening) - 2nd Shift - 3:00PM to 11:30PM
