Role Description

This is a full-time in person position for a Retail Logistics Manager based in Pleasant Grove, UT. The Retail Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the processes of inventory and supply chain management, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. Additionally, this role involves managing customer service efforts related to logistics and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management techniques
• Strong skills in Logistics Management and Procurement
• Experience in Customer Service within a retail or logistics environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with logistics software and POS required
• 1-3 years retail and inventory experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage part-time Retail Warehouse teams day to day tasks and ensure they are being efficient and completing assigned tasks efficiently and appropriately.
• Oversee and complete all weekly event restocks, logistics and communication with our Events Manager regarding OOS items, equipment and supplies, and shipping information.
• Partner with our Events Manager to prep and oversee all local event inventory and supplies to ensure all needs are prepped and ready for each event.
• Assist our Event Manager to complete Weekly Admin requirements for all Retail Event Staff.
• As needed, this position will potentially require working 3-5 local weekend events each season.
• Assist the Event Manager on all Jo+Jax Sponsorship requirements and over see the end to end order process.
• Straighten/maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, pick bin locations and all equipment/supplies.
• Partner with CX Manager to complete all OOS orders and communicate with our 3PL on inventory discrepancies
• Process excess and in-demand inventory, new product releases to stock at our 3PL for online sales and promotion.
• Oversee aging inventory and partner with our Event Manager and Operations Manager to determine markdown schedule.
• Partner with our CX Manager to submit will call orders for new product launches, sale bin restock, and low inventory items for the Showroom.
• Complete 2-3 inventory counts annually of our Jo+Jax Showroom warehouse.
